Carrier lookups are degraded for one regional API. Cairn falls back to cached tracking data and escalates affected conversations.

Developers

  1. 1Create a sandbox workspace and copy your API key from Settings → Developers.
  2. 2Point your store's webhook at your Cairn endpoint, or use the preloaded sandbox orders.
  3. 3Call POST /v1/conversations to test a real reply and action.
